  • Current Customers: Customers who had recently made a purchase at the clothing retailer in the previous 90 days received in-statement offers ranging from 10-15% cash back
  • New Customers: Women’s apparel category customers who had not made a purchase at the retailer in the past 10 months received in-statement offers ranging from 20-25% cash back


THE RESULTS: Proving that “cash back” IS the new black, the 90 day campaign drove well over a 4X return on their investment.
