Scott is an experienced entrepreneur and strategist. Prior to founding Cardlytics, Scott was a Senior Vice President at Capital One where he developed and launched decoupled debit - a product that is transforming retail banking and enables national direct marketing of debit products. At Canaan Partners, Scott worked on the investing side of the start-up world leading investments in early-stage tech companies. Scott was a Senior Vice President of the leading e-Sourcing company FreeMarkets. He also spent 8 years on an airplane as a Principal at McKinsey & Co and began his career with a 10 year stint at Schlumberger as an electrical engineer. Scott holds a BSEE from Union College and a MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.

Lynne Laube is an entrepreneurial banker. Before deciding to reinvent loyalty in banking with Cardlytics, Lynne built the Payments business at Capital One which launched ground-breaking decoupled debit and prepaid product lines. Lynne was with Capital One for 13 years, joining when the company had 300 employees. She held a number of leadership positions and played a key role in the formation growth of the small business organization, the UK operations and the core US Credit Card business. She began her career at Bank One. Lynne holds a BS in Finance and Marketing from University of Cincinnati's College of Business and is a graduate of Darden's Executive Leadership program.

Hans Theisen entered the interactive media business in 1997, and has built and led successful web advertising teams for multiple digital media companies. From running some of the internet's first full-screen animated ads to the first voice-enabled sponsored chat, Theisen is an online veteran who has pioneered several web advertising innovations. Prior to Cardlytics, Theisen was co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer for Centro, the largest online local media platform. Hans also held key executive roles at PointRoll, the leading rich media provider, and HearMe's Mplayer Entertainment Network, one of the internet's first gaming and social entertainment destinations. Theisen started his career as a management consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). He is an avid adventurer, once touring the world in a 10-month span across 42 countries. He graduated from Ithaca College with a B.S. in Corporate Communications.

Andrew has over 20 years of experience in Software Engineering. He began his technology career as a research developer with IBM in 1988 progressing to the role of Senior Architect working on government and corporate projects in the USA, New Zealand and the UK. Andrew left IBM to join a promising startup - WebMD. Andrew was WedMD's Technical Director responsible for managing the development of their flagship consumer page (www.webmd.com), content management and news syndication. Prior to joining Cardlytics, Andrew was a Director for Intercontinental Exchange. Andrew also independently consults to major health care companies on critical issues surrounding IT security and HIPAA.

John currently serves on the boards of innovative digital media firms: Blurb, Cardlytics, Casabi and Silicon Optix, mobile companies: Command Audio and Dexterra, and enterprise technology firms: Echopass, EZRez, ID Analytics and SOASTA. John received a BS in electrical engineering and an MBA from Cornell University. A firm believer in the value of education, John is the Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee, and serves as a board member on the Executive Committee of his children's school. John frequently donates time and money to educational causes.

Bryce is Chairman of the board of directors of Xpressdocs and also serves as a director on the boards of Alimera Sciences and e-Rewards. He was formerly Chairman of the Board of Cushcraft Corporation prior to their sale to Laird Group in March 2007.
Bryce holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
