About the Position

Bridg is seeking a Senior Director, Solutions Architect to join our team, reporting to the  Chief Revenue Officer, Bridg. We are looking for a sales engineering leader to lead the technical aspects of our sales process around our market leading customer data platform. In this role, you should possess an in-depth knowledge of our company's products and services and should be able to relate this knowledge in a way that is understandable to both technical and non-technical customers. You should also possess a strong knowledge of marketing technology to lead and guide customers to the appropriate solution that fully leverages the Bridg platform capabilities.

You will contribute to business growth in a fast paced and collaborative atmosphere as a valued member of the Bridg team. The primary measures of your success will be opportunities created and closed sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, and at the appropriate time, build out the sales engineering function.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.

  • Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain our company's products and services to customers – and how we integrate/complement/improve their marketing technology environment.

  • Possess strong insight into the competitive landscape and positioning/communicating the Bridg products and services differentiated value proposition with customers

  • Solicit and log client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.

  • Identify areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.

  • Train other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.

  • Experience in enterprise sales and marketing technology field

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.

  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.

  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good leadership and team working skills.

  • Persistence and high energy

  • Ability to build relationships quickly via a variety of method

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus
