About The Role:
Cardlytics is seeking an organized, strategic, growth-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly with our Chief Executive Officer acting as a trusted partner to accelerate executive team operations. This is a unique opportunity to play a role in a cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with leaders across the organization and solving problems that directly impact the business.
Location: Remote (West Coast time zone preferred) - Regular travel required
Responsibilities:
Serve as the CEO’s Executive Assistant and primary point-of-contact for the organization: Manage calendars, communications, presentations, meetings and events, travel, enabling the CEO and other leaders to work with urgency and focus.
Coordinate and manage board-related activities: Prepare board meeting materials, organize board meetings and committees, maintain board communications, and ensure timely distribution of materials to board members.
Streamline productivity and drive operational excellence at the executive level: Use data to identify opportunities for optimization and provide innovative strategic recommendations, and leverage processes and frameworks that drive efficient decision-making, growth, and accountability.
Serve as a key interface between leaders: Develop strong relationships across the organization, solicit input, be a trusted strategic advisor, foster respect and transparency, and drive effective communications, empowering teams to grow and move in a unified direction.
Lead projects and champion change management initiatives: Identify, scope, pitch, plan, coordinate, and report on cross-functional projects that support acceleration of our progress against critical business goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in similar roles at fast-paced, product-led tech companies.
Experience supporting board operations and governance, including preparation of board materials, coordination of board meetings, and maintenance of board documentation and communications.
Experience in coordination, project management, and program management, especially organizing and directing multiple cross-functional teams at once.
Experience in business management, operations, and consulting roles, especially those focused on executive-level advising, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience guiding performance measurement methodologies, pulling insights from data, and presenting data-driven strategic recommendations.
Strong business acumen. Experience in advertising technology and/or financial institutions is a major plus.
A proven track record of successfully managing high-volume workloads with urgency and focus.
Ability and willingness to travel to support executive meetings, board meetings, and company events.
Exceptional organization and time management skills, with a high attention to detail.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, influence across all levels of an organization, align multiple stakeholders, build credibility, and serve as a consultative thought partner.

Senior Software Engineer, Front-end
Location: Taipei office (Hybrid 2-3 days a week)
About the Team
Cardlytics is establishing an engineering hub in Taiwan, and building a productive and innovative engineering team there. This engineering team will be an integral part of the Cardlytics engineering organization. The team will be responsible for the successful software delivery of key products and services, and contribute to the advancement of Cardlytics’ platform and product suite.
About the Position
Cardlytics is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to report directly to the Manager of Engineering in Taiwan. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing scalable, high-performance, and robust software solutions that power our innovative platform and product suite. You will collaborate with global engineering teams, product managers, and peers to design and implement key products and services that align with the company’s business objectives.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the success of our engineering team in Taiwan while directly impacting the growth of Cardlytics' platform and product offerings.
Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing new user interfaces, features, and applications to provide advertisers, publishers and consumers with actionable insights and services.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to define, evaluate, and develop user-facing features in alignment with business goals
Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code to ensure software quality.
Addressing technical challenges and finding solutions using modern front-end and fullstack technologies
Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering discipline
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript
Proficiency in modern front-end technologies such as React, React Testing Library, Vitest, and Tailwind CSS
Great communication and collaboration skills in English
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
5+ years of experience in front-end development, demonstrating the ability to deliver high-quality solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience designing real-world scalable web applications
Solid understanding in front-end i18n, build processes, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with server-side and API development in Node.js, or Java
Practical experience with AWS ecosystem such as S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Terraform, and others
Experience in working across timezones

About Rippl
Rippl is a regional grocer & convenience store data & audience platform built on top of our Bridg identity resolution. Rippl allows easier access for brands & agencies to reach customers doing their weekly grocery shopping at their favorite regional grocer. Up to 30% of a brand's sales are occurring at a regional grocer & convenience stores, but unfortunately most regionals lack the scale on their own to warrant the brand's marketing investment. With Rippl, we have created the "easy button" for brands & agencies to get access to regional grocery & convenience store customers in aggregate with more than 100M customer profiles to access.
About the Team
The sales team is comprised of Bridg & Rippl sellers. The team assumes management of all aspects of the sales process including designing plans & sales collateral to meet revenue targets, developing & cultivating client relationships and gathering valuable client feedback to support product enhancements. The sales team plays a pivotal role in understanding the needs of the client & ensuring that clients achieve maximum value from their investment. This team is critical in communicating the Bridg & Rippl value proposition in market.
About the Position
Reports to: CRO, Bridg
Location: Remote
As a Senior Sales Director, you will develop new customer opportunities and close sales for Bridg offerings with Retailer partners.
In this role, you will work to profile and research market opportunities, define and influence across the entire decision-making process and work with key stakeholders such as client C-level executives (e.g; CMO, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Analytics Officer) and key 3rd party influencers such as System Integrators, Consultancies and Digital Agencies to understand the business environment, identify priorities, and develop differentiated solutions to solve the prospects challenges.
You will contribute to business growth in a fast paced and collaborative atmosphere as a valued member of the Bridg team. The primary measures of your success will be Identity Resolution opportunities created and closed sales.
Responsibilities:
Develop new business driving end to end client sales pursuit process with a focus on Identity Resolution (IDR) for Retail partners; client targets include traditional retail, grocery, restaurants, sports & live entertainment among others
Work to develop a robust pipeline of opportunities utilizing Bridg marketing activities, Strategic Advisors and Channel/Referral partners whilst also proactively prospecting via own networking
Develop a detailed understanding of the Bridg & Rippl solutions and outstanding presentation capabilities; delivering a differentiated value proposition to prospective clients with the ability to dive deep into client requirements and understand challenges
Manage RFP processes; develop, write and deliver solution-based sales proposals
Own client meetings and deliver demonstrations
Drive the negotiating process, successfully working with stakeholders including sales management, finance and legal teams
Take ownership of pipeline management, CRM updates, forecasting and reporting accordingly to organization processes and governance
30-40% of time will be spent traveling to client headquarters & agencies as well as attending key industry events
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience working in ad tech, identity resolution, retail, brand and/or experience selling ad tech to a retailer or agency
8+ years of experience selling or using retail media/ digital media technology solutions (e.g; CRM, Marketing Cloud, Automation, Data Analytics, Customer Data Platform) and/or data/information offerings that assist clients in enhancing their consumer understanding and engagement.
Demonstrated success closing net new accounts while consistently developing pipeline by way of leveraging your extensive customer relationships with C-level executives and other key decision makers
Ability to tackle complex issues with a combination of financial acuity, long-term vision and data-driven approaches
Ability to influence decisions at the highest levels and a demonstrated ability to find common ground and align stakeholders and teams with conflicting agendas

Cardlytics is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join our team, reporting to the Director of Engineering.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable software systems supporting Marketplace Ad Serving.
Serve as a Technical Leader, driving engineering projects and collaborating closely with technical leads, product managers, sales teams, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate product and engineering requirements into technical specifications and actionable engineering plans.
Implement and enhance the Marketplace Ad Serving platform to scale with the growing needs of the business.
Own the full lifecycle of production deployments and adhering to best practices for CI/CD.
Influence the technical direction of the team through data-driven experimentation and best engineering practices, driving innovation and iteration of the technology stack.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical/STEM field.
8+ years of experience in software development.
Hands-on experience with Go, Python or Java.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, Glue, RDS, DynamoDB, Kafka, MSK, EMR, and EKS.
Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and big data processing frameworks (Spark), along with data management architectures (Hudi).
Strong experience in distributed systems, microservices, web applications, and database management.
Proven ability to design and build highly scalable, low-latency ad-serving platforms, particularly within the advertising industry.
Experience in developing big data systems with open-source frameworks and tools like Apache Spark, Apache Hudi, and Apache Airflow, with proficiency in PySpark.
Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale parallel applications.
Proficiency in using software development tools/IDEs, testing methodologies, and documentation best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge or experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, MLOps systems is a plus.

Cardlytics is seeking a Principal Engineer, Databricks Platform to join our team, reporting to the Director, Cloud & Data Infra.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Databricks Platform Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust data infrastructure solutions on the Databricks Platform. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Databricks and your experience supporting Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Analysts to ensure a high-performing and scalable data environment.
Responsibilities:
Databricks Platform Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain data infrastructure on the Databricks Platform, including Spark and Databricks SQL.
Data Team Enablement: Provide technical expertise and support to Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Analysts, enabling them to effectively utilize the Databricks platform.
Performance Optimization: Optimize Databricks workloads for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and manage infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Security and Governance: Implement and maintain security and governance best practices for the Databricks platform.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor the health and performance of the Databricks infrastructure, and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Minimum Qualifications:
Extensive hands-on experience with the Databricks Platform, including Delta Lake, Spark, and Databricks SQL.
Proven experience in building and maintaining cloud-based data infrastructure, preferably on AWS.
Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lake, and data engineering concepts.
Demonstrated experience supporting Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Analysts.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. Preferably Terraform.
