About the Team
The Partner Engineering team at Bridg works at the intersection of client success and technical execution. We ensure our largest enterprise clients have seamless data integrations, efficient onboarding, and long-term technical success. Partner Engineers collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to solve complex data challenges while delivering outstanding client experiences.
About the Position
Bridg is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our team, reporting to the VP of Solutions Engineering. In this client-facing role, you’ll serve as the primary technical liaison for strategic clients - owning the relationship from scoping through implementation and finally longterm support. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance for clients will be essential. This is a high-impact role where communication, collaboration, and empathy are just as important as engineering skill.
Responsibilities
Technical Account Management (70%)
Act as the main technical liaison for clients, ensuring longterm success and high satisfaction.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise updates for non-technical audiences.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve technical issues and align on requirements.
Educate clients on platform capabilities, integration best practices, and data governance standards
Proactively manage client communication, expectations, and roadmaps.
Document solutions and processes clearly in Confluence or internal wikis.
Data Engineering (30%)
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and clearly communicate those solutions to clients
Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows.
Develop in Python using libraries like pandas, numpy, polars, pyspark, and boto3.
Leverage AWS services including S3, EC2, Redshift, Athena, Glue, EMR, EventBridge, Batch, and CloudWatch.
Write efficient, production-grade SQL for data transformation and analysis.
Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, and Docker.
Follow Agile best practices using Jira and contribute to a DevOps culture.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues across AWS services, data pipelines, and codebases (Python, SQL, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
3+ years of experience in a technical role involving direct client interaction (e.g., Technical Consulting, Partner Engineering, Solutions Engineering).
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong SQL skills and experience with data platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, and Athena.
Proficient in Python and its data stack (pandas, numpy, polars, pyspark, boto3).
Deep experience with AWS cloud services including core compute, storage, and analytics tools.
Demonstrated success working with large-scale datasets and a wide variety of data formats (Parquet, ORC, CSV).
Experience troubleshooting distributed systems and cloud services (e.g., EMR, Lambda, S3, Kubernetes).
Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira and version control using Git/GitHub.
A client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable leading technical discussions, debugging issues, and owning long-term client success.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in a technical role involving direct client interaction (e.g., Technical Consulting, Partner Engineering, Solutions Engineering).
Familiarity with alerting/monitoring tools (e.g., Opsgenie, CloudWatch).
Familiarity with data orchestration tools like Airflow.
Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
Prior experience working in a high-growth, client-centric startup or SaaS environment.
Technical Environment

About the Position:
Bridg is seeking a Senior Sales Director, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. As a Senior Sales Director, you will develop new data licensing customer opportunities leveraging the 140 million+ unique shopper profiles that span the Rippl retail media network; the largest consortium of regional grocers and convenience stores.
Leveraging your experience in the investment / financial services sector, you will work to profile and research market opportunities, define and influence across the entire decision-making process and work with key stakeholders such as client C-level executives (e.g; Chief Data Officer, Chief Analytics Officer) and key 3rd party influencers such as System Integrators, Consultancies and Digital Agencies to understand the business environment, identify priorities, and develop differentiated solutions to solve the prospects challenges.
You will contribute to business growth in a fast paced and collaborative atmosphere as a valued member of the Bridg team. The primary measures of your success will be data licensing opportunities created and closed sales.
Responsibilities:
Develop new business driving end to end client sales pursuit process with a focus on data licensing opportunities with hedge funds, asset managers, quant funds, institutional funds, alternative data providers and other large financial institutions.
Work to develop a robust pipeline of opportunities utilizing marketing activities, Strategic Advisors and Channel/Referral partners whilst also proactively prospecting via own networking.
Develop a detailed understanding of Rippl data solutions and outstanding presentation capabilities; delivering a differentiated value proposition to prospective clients with the ability to dive deep into client requirements and understand challenges.
Manage RFP processes; develop, write and deliver solution-based sales proposals
Own client meetings and deliver demonstrations.
Drive the negotiating process, successfully working with stakeholders including sales management, finance and legal teams.
Take ownership of pipeline management, CRM updates, forecasting and reporting accordingly to organization processes and governance
20% of time will be spent traveling to client headquarters & agencies as well as attending key industry events
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience selling data offerings into hedge funds, asset managers, quant funds, institutional funds, alternative data providers or large financial institutions.
8 years of experience selling data offerings that assist clients in enhancing their consumer understanding and engagement.
Proven ability to close new accounts while consistently developing pipeline by way of leveraging your extensive customer relationships with C-level executives and other key decision makers
Mastery of complex issues via a combination of financial acuity, long-term vision and data-driven approaches
Demonstrated ability to influence decisions at the highest levels and find common ground and align stakeholders and teams with conflicting agendas

About Rippl
Rippl is a regional grocer & convenience store data & audience platform built on top of our Bridg identity resolution. Rippl allows easier access for brands & agencies to reach customers doing their weekly grocery shopping at their favorite regional grocer. Up to 30% of a brand's sales are occurring at a regional grocer & convenience stores, but unfortunately most regionals lack the scale on their own to warrant the brand's marketing investment. With Rippl, we have created the "easy button" for brands & agencies to get access to regional grocery & convenience store customers in aggregate with more than 100M customer profiles to access.
About the Team
The sales team is comprised of Bridg & Rippl sellers. The team assumes management of all aspects of the sales process including designing plans & sales collateral to meet revenue targets, developing & cultivating client relationships and gathering valuable client feedback to support product enhancements. The sales team plays a pivotal role in understanding the needs of the client & ensuring that clients achieve maximum value from their investment. This team is critical in communicating the Bridg & Rippl value proposition in market.

About the Position
Cardlytics is seeking a senior Analytics Engineer to report directly to the Manager of Engineering in Taiwan. We are seeking an experienced Tableau developer with multiple years of hands-on experience in data visualization and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders. This role requires strong proficiency in Tableau, SQL, data modeling and ETL, along with the ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the success of our engineering team in Taiwan while directly impacting the growth of Cardlytics' platform and product offerings.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain high-quality Tableau dashboards and visualizations
Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements
Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive visualizations and deliver compelling presentations that drive alignment and decision-making at the leadership level.
Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and dashboard scalability
Support ad hoc reporting and data analysis requests
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree preferred in Engineering related field
5+ years of experience with Tableau and BI reporting
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
Great communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to Generative AI technologies (including LLMs, Prompt engineering, RAG, Agentic workflows and MCP) with an aptitude for leveraging them in analytical contexts.
Capability with at least one programming languages for data manipulation, task automation, or building analytical workflows (e.g. Python, Scala, Java or TypeScript)

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering discipline
5+ years of experience in front-end development, demonstrating the ability to deliver high-quality solutions
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript
Proficiency in modern front-end technologies such as React, React Testing Library, Vitest, and Tailwind CSS
Great communication and collaboration skills in English
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience designing real-world scalable web applications
